Doncaster's automatic hopes hit

In a re-arranged match, having been postponed earlier in the campaign, Doncaster missed the chance of possible moving up to 2nd in the League One table after slipping to defeat to play-off hopefuls, and Yorkshire rivals Leeds 1-0, with Alan Sheehan scoring the decisive goal.

Doncaster will feel aggrieved to lose as the goal came against the run of play and not one, but two penalty appeals were turned away.

Victory could have seen Doncaster move up to 2nd as automatic promotion rivals Carlisle also slipped to a very rare home defeat, as it is Doncaster remain 3 points behind Carlisle, who also have a game in hand.

When we have our points returned all 15 who'll have the automatic spot then.

Leeds will not get points back, too late in the season, clubs would appeal against the decision, and it would go on to long, up the jacks

On another night could have scored four or five. I don't think Price's was a penalty and there's not been a mention of the blatant push in Beckfords back!
