McSporran joins Boston

McSporran has joined Boston United on loan to regain match fitness. McSporran has not featured for Rovers this season after sustaining a horrific injury. Boston boss Steve Evans has suggested McSporran may be used as a striker rather than on the wing where he played for Rovers.

Meanwhile, Mark Albrighton looks likely to move on loan to Chester tommorow. A deal to join Peterbrough fell through at the last minute earlier in the week.
