DRFC - Transfer window extends 24 hours

DRFC - Transfer window extends 24 hours

Doncaster will have an extra day along with all Premiership and League clubs to make any last minute signings before the first transfer window closes.

The window is due to close on the 31st August but because that falls on a Sunday the League have extended it to finish at midnight on Monday 1st September.
It will be similar when the transfer window re opens in the new year. The window is due to close on 31st January which is a Saturday but once again they will extend it to midnight on Monday 2nd February.

Rovers have so far brought in five players during the summer with only last seasons loan star Matt Mills being a regular in the opening two League games. James Chambers and Jos Van Nieuwstadt have both made substitute appearances whilst John Spicer has yet to figure in the League.
Darren Byfield the striker who Rovers are hoping to score the goals that will give them a good season had a hernia operation soon after arriving. He`s still expected to be out for a further two weeks yet.

Do you think Rovers need to bring in more players before the window closes?
