DRFC - Referee for Tuesday night

The referee for Tuesday night`s game against Charlton Athletic at The Keepmoat stadium will be Mr N.S Miller.
So far this season he`s refereed 5 games giving out 14 yellow cards and 2 reds.
Last season he refereed two games involving the Rovers, the 3-1 victory over Southend United at home and the 2-2 draw away at Huddersfield when he sent off Rovers defender Matt Mills.
His overall record last season was 36 games, 67 yellow cards and 8 reds.
We have actually got a very good record with him in charge since our return to the League in 2003. He refereed our first ever home League game back in the League when we beat Southend United 2-0
Overall he`s refereed 8 games involving Rovers with us winning 6 and drawing 2. One game at Belle Vue where he sent off two Swindon Town players.
Let`s hope the trend continues.
Referee: N.S Miller (County Durham)
Assistants: D.K Benton & G. Beswick
Fourth Official: S.J Cook

The referee looks quite a lucky omen for Rovers.
