DRFC -O'Kelly on Grimsby shortlist

Rovers assistant manager Richard O`Kelly is said to be on the shortlist for the Grimsby Town managers post.

Grimsby sacked Alan Buckley on Monday and Rovers boss Sean O`Driscoll says that he will not stand in the way of his number two if he wants to rejoin Grimsby Town, a club he played for during his career.

O`Kelly has been the assistant to O`Driscoll at both Bournemouth and now Doncaster Rovers and its thought that he`s still well thought of at The Mariners.

The boss speaking in The Star said "Richard is 50 years of age; he doesn't need my permission to do anything'
