Doncaster entertain Southampton tomorrow for the first time since 1959.
Form
Doncaster
Rovers have lost their last three games in a row; two of those were close 1-0 defeats when dominating play.
Last weekend Rovers were on the wrong end of a 4-1 defeat against Bristol City after a woeful defensive second half performance.
So far at home this season we have won one, drawn one and lost one.
Southampton have so far won one away from home at Derby County and lost the other two against Cardiff City and QPR.
Last time Southampton played they were humiliated 3-1 away from home against League Two Rotherham United in the Carling Cup.
With both clubs currently in the bottom five it`s an important game for both teams.
Team News
Doncaster
The home side will be hoping that Matt Mills will have recovered from the injury that saw him withdrawn early in the second half last Saturday.
Gareth Taylor will be missing again has he`s still recovering from a hamstring injury.
Southampton
Michael Svensson will not play after returning from his long term injury on Tuesday night, the manager doesn`t want him rushed back and the chance of further injury.
Rudi Skacel is another one returning from injury and is not yet fully fit.
Morgan Schneiderlin is rated as 50/50 for the game.
History
The clubs have only met on fourteen previous occasions and the last of those was in 1959.
On seven previous encounters at Doncaster, the home side has won three, drawn two and lost two against their South coast opponents.
