Rovers entertain Sheffield United in a League game for the first time in 25 years on Tuesday night.
Form
Doncaster
After a decent start Rovers are now finding goals very hard to come by and have lost their last four games in a row scoring only one goal in the process. Rovers have dominated three of these games but their lack of fire power is becoming a worry.
So far at home this season they have won one, drawn one and lost two, the latest of those being on Saturday when losing to Southampton 2-0.
Sheffield United
The Blades got back to winning ways on Saturday beating Watford 2-1 at Bramall Lane.
So far this season in the League away they have won one and lost three. In their last away game they were beaten 6-0 in the Carling Cup by Arsenal`s youth team.
Team News
Doncaster
Rovers look like they will still be without Gareth Taylor who is still suffering from a hamstring injury. Matt Mills and Brian Stock who were both doubtful for Saturday`s game should be fit enough to continue.
Sheffield United
Kyle Naughton could retain his place after an impressive debut on Saturday.
Defender Sun Jihai is still suspended and Matthew Spring is still sidelined with an ankle injury.
History
Surprisingly for two clubs so close geographically they have only ever met eleven times at Doncaster, this will be United`s first visit to The Keepmoat Stadium.
In the eleven previous visits the teams are very close with Rovers winning four, four draws and United winning three, both clubs have scored a total of thirteen goals each.
