DRFC - Barnsley v Doncaster Rovers preview

Doncaster make the short trip to Barnsley on Saturday to play their second South Yorkshire derby match this week.

Form
Barnsley are currently in the bottom three of the division and lost 3-0 at Ipswich Town in midweek.
So far at home this season they have drawn one against Norwich City 0-0 and lost two against Coventry City 2-1 and Cardiff City 1-0.

Doncaster also lost in midweek and now find themselves in the bottom three, Rovers got beat by Sheffield United at The Keepmoat 2-0.
So far away from home they have won one at Derby County 1-0 and lost three at QPR 2-0, Birmingham City 1-0 and Bristol City 4-1.

Barnsley
They are hoping that Hugo Colace will be back after missing Tuesday`s game with an ankle injury.
Also expected to be involved again will be Reuben (Noble Lazarus) who made history on Tuesday night when coming off the bench to become the youngest ever Football League player at only 15 years and 45 days old.

Doncaster Rovers
Brian Stock is struggling to be fit after the reoccurrence of his back problem during the midweek defeat.
Gareth Taylor is still struggling with a hamstring injury and is likely to miss out again.

The two clubs have met thirty times at Oakwell in the past with Barnsley having a slight advantage winning twelve to Doncaster`s ten and eight games being drawn.
Doncaster have won on their last three visits to Oakwell scoring ten goals in the process.
