DRFC - Doncaster to be ball number 24

Doncaster Rovers will be ball number 24 if they can progress past Cheltenham Town in the FA Cup this weekend.

The draw will take place on Sunday 4th January on ITV1 and Setanta Sports at approximately 3.25pm.

The draw will be made by MK Dons boss Roberto Di Matteo who scored and won a winners medal in both the 1997 and 2000 FA Cup finals. Di Matteo holds two distinctive FA Cup final records, he scored the fastest ever cup final goal when he netted after 43 seconds in the 1997 final against Middlesbrough and scored the last ever goal in a cup final at the old Wembley when he scored the only goal of the game against Aston Villa in 2000.

Joining him to make the draw will be Dave Beasant who was part of Wimbledon`s 1988 cup winning side and became the first goalkeeper in the history of the cup to save a penalty in the final when diving to his left to keep out Liverpool`s John Aldridge`s penalty.
