DRFC - Rovers v Wednesday match officials

Premiership referee Martin Atkinson will be the man in charge of Saturday`s South Yorkshire Championship clash between Doncaster Rovers and Sheffield Wednesday at the Keepmoat Stadium.

Mr Atkinson so far this season has refereed 25 games; in those 25 games that he`s refereed he`s shown 73 yellow cards and 5 reds.

Last season he refereed 42 games showing 109 yellow cards and 6 reds.

The last time he was in charge of a Doncaster Rovers game was in the 2004/05 season when they lost 2-0 against Saturday`s visitors Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough, he showed three yellow cards during that game.

The last time he was in charge of a Sheffield Wednesday game was in the 2005/06 season when they lost 1-0 at Hull City.
