DRFC - Rovers praised by childrens charity

Doncaster Rovers and their fans have been praised by the NSPCC after raising over £1300 at last Saturday`s special NSPCC day at The Keepmoat Stadium.

Rovers wore a specially commissioned Green and White hooped shirt for the game has well as a number of other fund raising activities all in aid of the children`s charity.

Rovers only had 30 shirts made to commemorate the day and they are now going to be auctioned off in aid of the Charity.

You can currently find James Hayter`s shirt (which he will sign) on auction site E Bay, bids started at £100 and the current highest bidder at the time of this article was a staggering £940.

In a difficult time cash wise for most people in the country this is a fantastic effort by all at Doncaster Rovers.

Fantastic support by Rovers, an amazing total at the moment for James Hayters shirt and they've got another 29 left to do yet.
