DRFC O'Driscoll happy with trialists

Sean O`Driscoll was happy with the contribution of the three trialists at the club in the 4-0 win over Rotherham United.

John Oster, Quention Fortune and Jason Walker all played key parts in three off the four Rovers goals.

Walker who is currently at the club on trial from Non League side Barrow scored Rovers third goal and also provided the pass for James Hayter to score the fourth.

O`Driscoll is hoping to keep the striker for another week and will hopefully be able to play him in the friendly at Grimsby Town in midweek if allowed by his parent club Barrow.

Oster who hasn`t played since suffering an injury at the end of last set up Rovers first goal providing the cross for Sam Hird to score and he also looked like he fitted in well to Rovers system of football .

Fortune impressed in midfield and O`Driscoll was delighted with the partnership he formed with Brian Stock.
Speaking on the official website Sean said "I thought that Quinton and Brian complemented each other".

Sean is hopeful that they will all be involved in the midweek friendly at Grimsby Town.

I can see the wages being a stumbling block especially with Fortune. I think I would like to see all three sign up.
