The Iron have so far won two and lost two in the league at Glanford Park this season, they beat Derby County in their first home game of the season 3-2, before losing to Middlesbrough 2-0 and QPR 1-0. Last time out at home they beat Preston 3-1.

Doncaster away form

Rovers are still waiting for their first away win of the season.

They have suffered two defeats so far on their travels at high flying Middlesbrough 2-0 and West Brom 3-1, they have drawn their other two away games at Watford 1-1 and Reading 0-0.

History

The two clubs have met 25 times at Scunthorpe during their histories, the home side have won 7, Doncaster 6 and 12 have been drawn.

The last time the two clubs met was in the 2006/07 season when Scunthorpe enjoyed winning the League One title.

When they met at Glanford Park the home side won 2-0 thanks to goals from new Rovers signing Billy Sharp and Andy Keogh.

In the return game at the Keepmoat, Rovers found themselves 2-0 down inside the first twenty five minutes. Two quick goals from Jason Price and Graham Lee earned Rovers a point in the second half.
