DRFC Rovers sign Saints midfielder
Doncaster Rovers have signed Southampton midfielder Simon Gillett on a two month emergency loan deal.
The 23 year old has made 30 appearances for the south coast side as well as a number of loan spells at clubs including Blackpool, Yeovil and Rovers boss Sean O`Driscoll`s former club Bournemouth.
Gillett comes in to help the injury ravaged Rovers and will go straight into the squad for Saturday`s South Yorkshire derby against Barnsley at the Keepmoat.
He will wear the number 31 shirt.
