DRFC Doncaster v Peterborough team news

Doncaster welcome Peterborough to the Keepmoat Stadium this evening in a clash between two desperate for a win in the Championship.


Injury hit Rovers are hopeful that midfielder Mark Wilson will return from injury this evening after suffering a calf injury in the draw at Sheffield United and missing the weekend defeat by Barnsley.

They can also welcome back two other midfielders with John Oster and Quinton Fortune free to play after both serving three match bans.

Rovers have fresh injury worries over Martin Woods (groin) and James Coppinger (calf).

Rovers have a number of long term injuries, Skipper Brian Stock (knee), Byron Webster (elbow) defenders Adam Lockwood (foot) and Steve Brooker (knee) are all still out.

Another long term injured, Sean McDaid is back in training after 18 month`s out through injury, but he is still not ready for a return to first team football.

Peterborough midfielder Paul Coutts is still out injured after missing the weekend draw at Bristol City after injuring his foot at the start of the month.

Tom Williams and Charlie Lee are both struggling with knocks to their ankles but are expected to play.
