DRFC Striker interest put on hold

Doncaster Rovers boss Sean O`Driscoll has put on hold any immediate interest in Austrian international forward Roman Kienast.

The striker has now gone back to his club Hamarkameratene who play in the Norwegian top flight.

Speaking in the Doncaster Free Press, O`Driscoll said 'He's not available until January and we can't do anything until then but we'll keep an eye on him and see what the situation is when we get to the transfer window.
He does offer us something different with his physical presence.'

The 25 year old has been enjoying a trial period at Rovers and as scored in both his games in behind closed doors friendlies.

He sounds like he's done well since being with the club, I just hope we haven't now brought him to everyone else's attention.

Seems strange to give somebody a trial and they are still playing for a club?!
