Rovers enjoyed a great win on the road on Saturday, a 3-0 victory at Crystal Palace which was their first away win of the season.

That result lifted Rovers to 16th in the table.

Rovers home form has been fairly good so far this season with them winning three, drawing five and losing just the one game.

Last time out at home they beat QPR 2-0.

Wednesday
The Owls are in a very poor run of form at the moment taking just two points from the last seven games.

This run of results has seen them drop to 21st in the Championship.

On Saturday they lost 2-0 at home against fellow strugglers Reading.

Last time out away they drew 0-0 at Ipswich Town

For two sides that are so close geographically they have only ever met eight times at Doncaster in their long histories.

Rovers enjoyed their first ever home success against the Owls last season when Paul Heffernan scored the only goal of the game.
