DRFC Coventry v Doncaster Rovers early Team News
Two sides and two strikers full of confidence meet at the Ricoh Arena on Boxing Day.
Coventry have won their last two games and striker Freddy Eastwood has scored four goals in the process.
Chris Coleman is hoping to have defender Richard Wood back in contention after he returned to training last week.
Sammy Clingan is still struggling after breaking his toe and may have to do with a place on the bench.
Coventry are still without a number of players, Jordan Clarke and Isaac Osbourne (knee), Dimi Konstantopoulos, Marcus Hall (calf) and Ben Turner (ankle) are all still sidelined.
Rovers will have the inform striker in the Championship hoping to continue with his great goalscoring form in the side. Billy Sharp has scored in the last six games in succession and will be hoping to move a step closer the club and Football League record of ten against Coventry.
Rovers boss Sean O`Driscoll could stick with the same eleven that won at Derby last weekend despite Brian Stock nearing full fitness for the first time since September.
Sean McDaid who has been out since April 2008 could also be nearing a return to the first team after enjoying playing 90 minutes earlier this month in a behind closed doors friendly.
Martin Woods is still sidelined with the groin injury that`s made him miss the last two games and he`s not expected to be back until the New Year.
