DRFC O'Driscoll up for Manager of the month

Doncaster Rovers boss Sean O`Driscoll is in the running for the Coca Cola Championship manager of the month for December.

Rovers enjoyed a great month which saw them win four games out of five and climb away from the relegation zone.

The side also managed to keep four clean sheets in the four victory.

The only loss came in a 1-0 defeat at Coventry when they went down to a late penalty.

O`Driscoll faces competition from Chris Hughton - Newcastle, Billy Davies - Nottingham Forest and Dave Jones - Cardiff City.

The winner will be announced on this Saturday`s Gillette Soccer Saturday on Sky Sports1 starting at 12pm.

Davies will take some beating but from the position in the league we was in and to go on the run we did O'Driscoll probably deserves it.
