DRFC Doncaster v Watford Preview

Doncaster Rovers welcome Watford to the Keepmoat on Saturday with home fans looking forward to seeing their first home game in over a month.

The Rovers haven`t played since Boxing Day when they went down to a late penalty at Coventry City in a 1-0 defeat.

Watford
The Hornets are playing their first league game since the 28th December when they drew 2-2 at Bristol City.

They have played in the FA Cup since then and went down 5-0 at Premier League leaders Chelsea.

Watford haven`t won in six games since defeating QPR 3-1 at home at the start of December.

Their last away league win was in mid October when they won 1-0 at Middlesbrough.

Recent away form: LDLLLL

History

The two sides have only ever met on six occasions at Doncaster with the away side having the slightly better record winning three games to Doncaster`s two.

On Watford`s only previous visit to the Keepmoat in April last year they won 2-1.

The two sides met on the opening day of the season at Vicarage Road in a 1-1 draw.
David Graham gave the home side the lead before James Hayter equalised before half time with a looping header from just outside the area.

After a long break and with training being difficult I can see most games this weekend being bore draws.
