Derby County and Doncaster Rovers meet in the FA Cup this Saturday with both sides hoping to reach round five.

The Rams have been going through a tricky period recently but bounced back with a 3-0 win at Peterborough last Saturday.

Last time out at home they beat Millwall in their FA Cup third round replay.
The game finished 1-1 after extra time with Derby eventually going through 4-2 on penalties.

Doncaster
The Rovers finally got back to action last weekend with a 2-1 home win over Watford, having not played since the Christmas period.

Rovers finally got their third round tie at Brentford on in midweek and went through 1-0 thanks to a late goal by James O`Connor.

History

The two sides have only ever met seven times at Derby.

In the seven encounters, Derby have won four to Rovers two and one as been drawn.

Last season Doncaster enjoyed doing their first double over the midlands club.

Rovers won at Derby on the opening day of the season 1-0 thanks to a second half Lewis Guy goal and won the return 2-1 at the Keepmoat.

The two sides have already met at Pride Park this season, just over a month ago.

Rovers took all three points thanks to goals from Billy Sharp and James Coppinger and have now won on their only two visits to Pride Park.

It will be the first time that the two clubs have ever met in the FA Cup.

They have met in the League Cup twice with both sides winning one each.

Rovers will be aiming to reach the fifth round for the first time since the 1955/56 season.

Would be great to see Rovers reach the fifth round and also quite a bit of cash in it to which Rovers would be grateful of.
