DRFC Guy joins Latics on loan

Former Doncaster Rovers boss Dave Penney has raided his old club for the second time this season taking Lewis Guy on an intitial one month loan deal.

Penney was the man in charge when he signed Guy for Doncaster in 2004 from Newcastle United.

Guy follows Becomes the second Rovers player to join the struggling Latics this season with Paul Heffernan enjoying a short loan spell at the League One club before Christmas scoring one goal in four appearances.

Oldham have also recently had formers Rovers striker Jason Price on loan as they try to find the goals to pull them away from the relegation zone in League One.
