DRFC O'Driscoll up for award

Doncaster Rovers manager Sean O`Driscoll is on the short list for the Championship manager of the month for March.

O`Driscoll as led Rovers to eight spot in the Championship and just six points outside the play offs after the side won four, drew two and lost one game during the month.

Also up for the award is Roberto Di Matteo - West Brom, Chris Hughton - Newcastle and Brian McDermott - Reading.

The winner will be announced on the Gillette Soccer Saturday show on Sky Sports 1 this Saturday from 12pm.

I think if they took wage budget and size of the club into consideration then O'Driscoll should get manager of the season.
