Rovers recorded their first ever victory at Portman Road last season when Gareth Roberts, Paul Heffernan and James Hayter scored for Rovers.

When the two sides met at the Keepmoat earlier in the season they shared the points in a six-goal thriller.

Rovers led thanks to an early goal from Waide Fairhurst but the game sprung into life inside the final twenty-five minutes.

Joe Colbeck equalised for the visitors on 66 minutes, only for Martin Woods to put Rovers back into the lead again on 74 minutes.

Tamas Priskin equalised for a second time for the visitors and within minutes Lee Martin fired them ahead for the first time.

Quinton Fortune earned Rovers a point with a stunning 25 yard effort with just six minutes remaining.

With nothing to play for a repeat of the game at the Keepmoat wouldn't be bad.

I was shocked to see Ipswich had climbed to 13th in the table, well done to the chairman by sticking by Roy Keane in difficult times when it could have been quite easy to get rid of him.
