DRFC Stock in Wales squad

Doncaster Rovers midfielder Brian Stock has been included in the latest Wales squad for their friendly in Croatia.

Stock will travel with the squad to play in Osijek on May 23rd.

The 28 year old has made just the one appearance for Wales so far, when he started last September`s World Cup Qualifier at the Millennium Stadium against Russia.

The influential midfielder had a stop start season and missed most of the second half of the season with a reoccurrence of the back injury that has plagued him for the past two seasons.

A good performance for Wales will put him even more in the frame for a move to another club during the summer.

Your Welsh Daz, thought you where from Yorkshire, should we have our own National Team ????

I do have immediate family who are part welsh. Its like playing for Ireland, I am sure because I have been there I would qualify.
