DRFC Rovers make fixture change

Doncaster Rovers have announced their first fixture change ahead of the new season after the new fixtures were announced last Thursday.

Rovers will now play Middlesbrough at home on Friday December 17th with a 7.45pm kick off.

The club have decided to change the fixture, which is the last home game before Christmas to allow supporters the chance to watch Rovers on the Friday evening and do any last minute Christmas shopping over the weekend.

Rovers always used to get a decent crowd on a Friday night when the racing was on Town Moor on the Saturday. Makes good sense.
