DRFC Youngster Clark signs short term deal

Young Doncaster Rovers midfielder Robbie Clark has signed a short term six month deal to stay at the Keepmoat.

Boss Sean O`Driscoll gave the youngster the new deal so it would give him time to sort himself out a new club.

Clark failed to break into the Rovers first team in their second season in the Championship and spent a spell on loan at Non League Brigg Town.

The 19 year old has come through the ranks at the Keepmoat and played in Rovers first pre season game last week at Askern.

Good to see a young lad not just ditched by the wayside, hopefully he will get himself quickly sorted out

He's played in both pre season games so far and came closest to scoring at Quorn. Can't be doing his chances of finding a new club any harm.
