DRFC Will Rovers ban the Vuvuzela?

DRFC Will Rovers ban the Vuvuzela?

The Vuvuzela that came to prominence during the recent World Cup in South Africa, is already being banned from Premiership and league grounds up and down the country.
But could it be coming to the Keepmoat?

Rovers have not confirmed their position on whether they will be allowing them in the Keepmoat this season or not.

Already eight Premier League clubs, Arsenal, Spurs, West Ham, Birmingham, Everton, Fulham, Liverpool and Sunderland have banned the horns.

So far in the Championship, Ipswich, Portsmouth, Cardiff, Leicester, Norwich and Leeds have come out and said that they will not be allowing the horn in their grounds next season with most citing a Health and Safety issue for the banning.

Having looked around the Rovers forums, most fans are of the opinion that they would not be glad to see them at the Keepmoat next season.

Is it a Rovers or the Keepmoat management that will make any decision?

Whoever it is, please do the vast majority of fans that will be at the Keepmoat next season a favour and ban them.

They was annoying enough at the World cup, a tournament that I would sooner forget. Get them banned or I can see some supporters giving games a miss due to the noise. Imagine being sat next to someone for 90 minutes who is continously blowing one, it's not worth thinking about.

I hope they ban them, at least I could turn the sound off when it was on the TV at the World Cup. I can see someone needing a bloody good surgeon to remove one from their backside if they are allowed in the ground.

If they don't ban them I can see them putting off a lot of supporters from going to the games.
