DRFC Mutch joins Watford

DRFC Mutch joins Watford

Birmingham City midfielder Jordan Mutch who spent four months on loan at Doncaster last season has joined fellow Championship side Watford on a one month youth loan deal.

Many were expecting Jordan to return to the Keepmoat this season on a similar deal after he impressed during his stay.

Mutch signed on an initial one month youth loan deal and scored on his debut against Middlesbrough in January when he came off the bench to score from fully 30 yards out.

The England under 17 and 19 international impressed so much during the month that Rovers extended the loan until the end of the season.

The 18 year old went on to make nineteen appearances for Rovers and scored one more goal in the final home game of the season against Scunthorpe United.

Maybe Rovers are going to keep Mason from Spurs for the season.

I prefer the look of Mason, made a good debut and was unlucky with one curling left foot shot.
