DRFC Injury news improving at the Keepmoat

Doncaster Rovers duo Mark Wilson and John Oster are closing in on a return to the first team after missing the start of the season through injury.

Wilson broke his toe in the early weeks of pre season and is now back in full training with the squad.

Oster has been out since the end of last season with a knee injury and is to return to full training on Monday.

Also close to a comeback is Byron Webster, the defender has been out with an ankle injury and is back in running despite needing an injection after the injury inflamed.

James Chambers (knee) and James Hayter (hamstring) are still a number of weeks away from returning from their respective injuries.

Shelton Martis has joined the injury list after suffering a hamstring stain during last weekends draw with Bristol City. He is expected to miss the game at Cardiff City this weekend but should be back for the game with Hull City the following Saturday.

Its great that a few are on their way back. The injury situation looks a lot healthier than it did just over a week ago.
