DRFC O'Driscoll delighted with performance
Doncaster Rovers boss Sean O`Driscoll was delighted with his sides performance despite having to settle for a point after conceding deep into stoppage time.
In an entertaining game played between two footballing sides, Rovers looked to be heading for all three points when James Hayter opened the scoring just past the fifteen-minute mark.
Swansea equalised in the second minute of stoppage time when Angel Rangel beat the offside trap to fire past Neil Sullivan.
O`Driscoll was delighted with his side`s performance and credited Swansea for sticking to it to the death. Speaking in the Yorkshire Post, O`Driscoll said, 'You have to give credit to them for sticking at it, but our organisation and discipline were very good and for the goal to come when it did was very disappointing.
'I was delighted overall otherwise with the performance.
'We probably felt one goal wouldn't be enough but their keeper deserves credit for pulling off a couple of great saves and we couldn't get the other one we needed.'
Rovers had a couple of great chances to clinch the game at 1-0 with James Coppinger and David Healy both forcing De Vries into great saves.
Despite dropping two points the draw continues Rovers unbeaten run, they are now unbeaten in four games and remain in seventh place in the table.
