OAP Attacked By McIndoe

The Scottish Sunday Mail claims that Michael McIndoe attacked a 76-year-old man.

The police are investigating claims that Michael McIndoe, who spent time on loan at Derby last season, terrorised pensioner Roy Greenslade for allegedly pestering his partner Helen Dainty.

McIndoe believes that the pensioner attempted to kiss the former instructor at Cannon's Gym.

Greenslade, claims that McIndoe attempted to hit but was stopped from doing so when a friend pulled-him back. McIndoe did not hit the pensioner.

Hayden Evans, McIndoe's agent said: 'We can't say anything at the moment because of the police investigation.'

North Yorkshire Police have confirmed that both men are under investigation.
