DRFC Rovers v Middlesbrough Team News

Martin Woods will be hoping for a return to the first team after Rovers disappointing defeat at Leicester last weekend.

Woods has been missing for just over a month with a groin injury but as now been back in full training for two weeks.

Rovers have recalled defender Byron Webster from his loan spell at Hereford as Rovers have a number of defenders injured or struggling through injury.

James Chambers and George Friend are long-term injuries and Mustapha Dumbuya as been ruled out for around six weeks with knee cartilage damage.

Fellow defenders Wayne Thomas and James O`Connor are struggling with calf injuries picked up at Leicester.

Joseph Mills is currently on loan from Southampton and hasn`t played for over a month but is now back to full fitness and expected to go straight back into the side.

Simon Gillett is still on the sidelines with a long term injury although he`s getting closer to a return.

Former Rovers loanee David Wheater will be hoping to go straight back into the Middlesbrough side after sitting out their 1-0 win over Cardiff City last weekend through suspension.

Midfielder Nicky Bailey has been struggling all week through an injury picked up in the win over Cardiff and is a doubt for the game.

Leroy Lita and Barry Robson are both set to be available after suffering from illness.
