DRFC Derby v Doncaster Form Guide

Vital Doncaster takes a look at the form of both Derby and Doncaster ahead of the clash at Pride Park on Boxing Day.

Derby
The Rams form as dipped since beating Scunthorpe United at home in November.

That win moved them upto fourth in the table but since then they have lost four games in a row.

They have now lost their last two home games against Norwich City and Reading, both by the same scoreline, 2-1.

Derby haven`t been involved in a goalless draw at home since March 2009 when they drew 0-0 with Barnsley.

So far this season at home they have won six, drawn one and lost four of their eleven games.

They are currently in ninth place with thirty points from twenty-two games.

Doncaster
Rovers got back to winning ways last time out when they defeated Middlesbrough 2-1 at home.

They have lost their last two away games at Crystal Palace 1-0 and Leicester City 5-1, there heaviest defeat in since 2004.

So far this season on their travels they have won three, drawn two and lost six of their eleven games.

Rovers are currently in eleventh place with thrity points from twenty one games.

Could do with three points from this as there is a good chance we will lose the Ipswich fixture due to the weather. If we lose we could find ourselves nearer the bottom than the top and a fixture pile up starting.
