DRFC Rovers release duo

Doncaster Rovers have released duo Simon Whaley and Robbie Clark from the club.

Whaley joined on a non-contract basis in November and his only squad appearance for Rovers was when he was named on the bench for the game at Portsmouth during the same month.

Rovers have also released youngster Robbie Clark from his contract.

The 19 year old was given a short-term contract in the summer to give him time to find a new club.

Clark made one start this season in the Carling Cup tie with Accrington Stanley and he also had a spell on loan at non-league side Sheffield FC.
