DRFC Ipswich v Doncaster Form Guide

Vital Doncaster looks at the form guide of both Ipswich Town and Doncaster Rovers ahead of the weekends game at Portman Road.

Ipswich are under new management after Paul Jewell replaced Roy Keane recently.

In his first game in charge, they lost 2-1 at Millwall after taking a first half lead.

Last time out at home they beat Premier League Arsenal in the first leg of the Carling Cup semi final.

In their last home Championship match, they lost 1-0 to Nottingham Forest.

So far this season at home in the league they have won five, drawn one and lost six.

They are currently in twentieth position with 28 points from 25 games.

Doncaster
Rovers have had a difficult week, conceding eight goals in their last two games.

They were knocked out of the FA Cup in midweek when they were defeated 5-0 by Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Last time out in the Championship they were beaten 3-0 at home by Reading.

In their last away league game they drew 2-2 with Sheffield United.

So far this season on their travels they have won three, drawn three and lost six.

They are currently in fifteenth position with 34 points from 24 games.

Rovers need to try and recover from whats been a bad week. Its never a good time to be going to the club with a new manager either.
