DRFC Mason set for Rovers Return

Tottenham Hotspur youngster Ryan Mason is to join Doncaster Rovers on loan for the second time this season.

Rovers are awaiting Premier League clearance to take the 19 year old on a youth loan deal for the rest of the season.

Mason joined Rovers on loan back in August but had to return to Tottenham after suffering a back injury that cut short his original loan deal.

The talented attacking midfielder made five appearances during his initial brief spell at the Keepmoat and should Rovers get clearance from the Premier League, he will be available for Tuesday nights rearranged game with Barnsley at the Keepmoat.

Mason is a potentially good player, but seemed to struggle with you in his first spell. was this due to the niggling injury in your opinion or that he wasnt quite up to the required standard?
