DRFC Rovers sign Premier League striker

Doncaster Rovers have signed striker Jason Euell on loan from Blackpool.

The 33 year old joins on a one-month loan deal to help out the injury hit Rovers squad and he will go straight into the squad for the weekend game at Swansea City..

Euell has made just four appearances for Blackpool this season, the last coming in the 2-0 defeat at Southampton in the FA Cup at the start of January.

Leading goalscorer, Billy Sharp missed the midweek defeat to Ipswich Town with a groin injury and he is reported to be struggling to return in time for the game at Swansea.

James Hayter and Steve Brooker are also injured whilst Waide Fairhurst went out on loan to Hereford United last week.
