DRFC Moussa signs new Leicester contract

Any hopes Doncaster Rovers had of signing Franck Moussa on a full time contract seem to have disappeared after he committed his long term future to Leicester City.

The midfielder has signed a new contract at the Walkers Stadium keeping him with the fellow Championship club until 2013.

Moussa is currently enjoying a loan spell at the Keepmoat Stadium from Leicester and he has impressed since joining in February.

The 21 year old extended his loan at Doncaster last month keeping him with the club until April 16th.

'Playing regularly was the main idea of me going out on loan and things have worked out just fine over the last two months.
My fitness is up, my confidence is up, I've put in some good performances and I'm happy to see that recognised by the manager at Leicester.
It's a great club to be at right now and I'm delighted I'll be part of things for even longer. Hopefully when I come back from Doncaster it will be with more experience and more to offer.'

The Belgium youth international has made nine appearances since his arrival at Doncaster and scored one goal in the defeat at Leeds United.

Thats a shame, he looks a really good player. Will be interesting to see just how well he does.

He could be the main man to keep rovers up, he certainly gets chances in front of goal just got to start taking more.
