DRFC Stock - It's going to be a big game

Doncaster Rovers captain is hoping a full house at the Keepmoat can inspire them to victory over Crystal Palace.

The sold out signs are up at the Keepmoat, after chairman John Ryan and his board of directors made the decision to give all remaining tickets for the game away for free at the start of the week.

Ryan was determined that the side would have the full backing of the Doncaster public in such a crucial clash.

Stock is now looking forward to leading Rovers in front of a full house and he knows the enormous importance of the game, speaking in the Sheffield Star , Stock said, "It is going to be a big game; I think everybody knows that.
"With what the chairman and the board have done in letting people in for free there is obviously going to be a big atmosphere and hopefully we can get a result."

Rovers are currently fifth from bottom, five points above Scunthorpe who fill the final relegation place, whilst Palace are one place below Rovers, three points above Scunthorpe. Stock knows a win will go a long way to ensuring safety but will not rest until Rovers are guaranteed safety in the Championship, "I don`t think the season will be decided today but if we get a result it is going to go a long way to achieving safety", he continued

Stock will be hoping that Rovers can avenge a 1-0 defeat at Selhurst Park earlier in the season.
