'If It's Football, It's Vital'

DRFC Middlesbrough v Doncaster Team News

Sean O`Driscoll might decide to rest a number of players after survival in the Championship was guaranteed last week.

A number of players are due to go under the surgeon`s knife over the summer after a season of crippling injuries problems at the Keepmoat.

George Friend and Brian Stock are two of the players needing surgery in the summer.

Steve Brooker could make a rare start in attack for Rovers after coming off the bench to put Rovers ahead against Leicester last weekend.

Brooker replaced Jason Euell at half time after the on loan Blackpool striker jarred his head.

Rovers will definitely be without Gary Woods, Billy Sharp, Martin Woods, Paul Keegan, Adam Lockwood and James Chambers through injury.

Middlesbrough will be without Julio Arca who has returned to his native Argentina for surgery on his knee.

Scott McDonald is hoping to return to the side after missing their last two games through injury.

Andrew Davies was forced to miss the trip to Cardiff on Monday through injury.

Definitely out of the game are goalkeeper Danny Coyne (hand), Merouane Zemmama (hamstring), and Nicky Bailey (ankle ligaments), Seb Hines (broken jaw).

It could be Brookers last game for Rovers. I will be surprised if they offer him a new deal.
