Copps Stops

Winger James Coppinger has today signed a new three year deal to stay at the Rovers.

Coppinger, praised in the press by Chairman John Ryan this week, performed well at the end of last season, and with Michael McIndoe gone, the left wing spot could be Coppinger's on a permanent basis. Coppinger can play on the left or right wing and found form in the closing stages of last season.
