DRFC Midfielder faces further surgery

Paul Keegan faces a further operation on the knee injury that forced him to miss the final few months of the season.

Keegan underwent knee surgery after suffering an injury at the game at Leeds United at the beginning of March.

The surgery is to clean up the original operation and the club say he will be fit for the start of next season.

The midfielder made an immediate impact after signing on a short-term deal from Irish league side Bohemians in January making ten appearances.

His impressive form in midfield as earned him the offer of a new contract at the Keepmoat, which he is yet to sign.
