DRFC Euell would welcome Rovers return

Jason Euell could be on his way back to Doncaster Rovers after being released by Blackpool at the end of the season.

Euell enjoyed the last few months of last season on loan at the Keepmoat, scoring three times in twelve games.

Speaking in the Doncaster Star, Euell said, "That (a move to Rovers) is something that got spoken about at the end of the season with my agent and the club and it`s that same boat of the club not knowing the budget.
"The feedback I got was that it could happen but again you don`t want to force the issue."

The 34 year old would come with a wealth of experience having played in the Premier League with Wimbledon, Charlton, Middlesbrough and Blackpool during his career.

Would certainly add some experience and I'm sure he could chip in with a few goals. I would only want him as back up to Sharp though and not to replace him.

We need to bring a few experienced players in and I would be quite happy to see Euell back at the Keepmoat.
