DRFC Bouhenna signs Rovers deal

Doncaster Rovers have made their third signing of the day after announcing the signing of Rachid Bouhenna.

The 20-year-old defender has spent the whole of pre season at the Keepmoat and has signed a twelve-month contract.

French second division side Sedan B released Bouhenna at the end of last season.

The Algerian follows Oscar Radford and Giles Barnes in joining the club today after enjoying a trial with the club during pre season.

The three signings make the total of players joining Rovers during the summer to nine.

Rovers have now brought in defenders, Richard Naylor, Oscar Radford, Rachid Bouhenna and Tommy Spurr.

In midfield they have signed, Kyle Bennett, James Baxendale, Giles Barnes and Ryan Mason (season long loan).

Rovers have also added experienced striker Chris Brown to the squad as the club aim to defy the bookies and avoid relegation from the championship.

Liked what I've seen during pre season. Glad to see we have given him a deal. If he impresses early season I would expect Rovers to offer him a new deal.
