DRFC Doncaster v Tranmere Team News

Doncaster Rovers will definitely be without strike duo James Hayter and Billy Sharp for tonight`s Carling Cup clash with Tranmere Rovers.

The duo both left the field on stretchers in the weekend defeat to Brighton and are awaiting results on scans for the extent of their injuries.

Sharp and Hayter join an already long list of players on the sidelines for Rovers. They join Adam Lockwood, Shelton Martis, James Chambers, James O`Connor, Brian Stock, Martin Woods, Paul Keegan and Mark Wilson who have been out long term.

Tranmere are hoping to welcome back to the squad Enoch Showunmi. The striker missed the opening day game with Chesterfield with a shin injury but returned to training on Monday.

Boss Les Parry has no fresh injury worries after the 1-0 win over Chesterfield.

I think O'Driscoll will struggle to have a full bench for the game.
