DRFC Hayter out for around four weeks

According to reports on Yorkshire Radio, James Hayter is out for around four weeks with the knee injury he suffered at Brighton on Saturday.

Hayter was carried off in the final moments of the game on Saturday after coming into contact with a Brighton player attempting a shot on goal.

The striker was due to see Rovers physio John Dickens on Tuesday to assess the injury and see whether a scan was required.

There is still no further news on Billy Sharp. The clubs leading goalscorer for the last two seasons was due to have a scan on Tuesday to see if he had suffered a break as well as ligament damage in the game at Brighton.
