DRFC Derby v Doncaster Rovers Team News

Injury hit Doncaster Rovers will add new signing Milan Lalkovic to the squad for the trip to Derby County on Saturday.

Attacking midfielder Lalkovic joined Rovers from Premier League Chelsea on Thursday and as been brought in to bolster the clubs attacking options.

Another youngster, Reece Brown signed from Manchester United on Tuesday afternoon and he will be pushing for a start after coming on for the final moments in the defeat to Nottingham Forest.

Mark Wilson returned on the bench for Rovers in midweek after missing almost the whole of pre season and he will once again be expected to be amongst the substitutes.

Rovers still have a lengthy injury list with Shelton Martis, Adam Lockwood, James Chambers, James O`Connor, Martin Woods, Brian Stock, Ryan Mason, Billy Sharp and James Hayter still on the sidelines.

Derby duo Jamie Ward and James Bailey both passed late fitness tests and played in the 1-0 midweek win at Blackpool.

19-year-old Jeff Hendrick made his first start for the rams at Blackpool and he will hope to retain his place in the side.

Derby have an injury list similar to Rovers with Russell Anderson, Shaun Barker, Nathan Tyson, Jake Buxton, Connor Doyle, Dean Leacock, Chris Riggott, David Martin and former Rovers favourite Paul Green all on the sidelines.
