'If It's Football, It's Vital'

DRFC Cardiff v Doncaster Team News

Doncaster Rovers are boosted by a number of players returning to full fitness.

James O`Connor, Mark Wilson, Brian Stock and Shelton Martis all returned to the squad prior to the international break and have had a further two weeks to improve their fitness.

Both Stock and Martis played for an hour in a behind closed doors friendly in midweek and this game could still be seen as too soon for a return to the starting line up.

James Coppinger is also hoping to return after missing the past two games with a calf injury.

Ryan Mason is back in training but is not yet fit enough for selection.

Rovers have added striker Chris Brown to the long-term injury list. Brown underwent knee surgery recently and will be missing for around six weeks.

The club still have a lengthy injury list with Adam Lockwood, James Chambers, Martin Woods, Rachid Bouhenna, Billy Sharp and Paul Keegan still on the sidelines.

New deadline day signing Ben Turner from Coventry City will be added to the Cardiff City squad.

Slovakian under 21 international Filip Kiss will be pushing for a start after being named amongst the substitutes at Portsmouth last time out.

Aron Gunnarsson and Stephen McPhail could also be part of the squad after injuries.
