DRFC Oster looking to move forward

Saturday`s goalscoring hero John Oster is hoping that the win at the weekend over Crystal Palace will give the side confidence and keep things moving forward.

Oster scored the only goal of the game on Saturday to earn Rovers their first win in twenty games.

It was also the first game in charge for new boss Dean Saunders and Oster is hoping the boost will help Rovers gain some momentum.

Speaking on the official website, Oster said, 'The new manager's come in and we got three points for him on Saturday, so it's a huge boost for the club.
'We have to take confidence from Saturday's result against Palace into the Hull game on Tuesday.
'It's another difficult game, and they've started well in the league, picking up points on their travels as well as at home.
'It's a local derby so it will be a difficult game, but we got points on the board on Saturday, and have to look on from that and move forward.'

After winning their first game on Saturday since the beginning of March, Rovers will be hoping to make it back to back wins for the first time since their wins over Middlesbrough and Scunthorpe United in December and January.

This league is so tight that a couple more wins and Rovers could be mid table, it's that daft.
